Britney Spears gave us a sneak peek of her dressing room hugging beau Jason Trawick before she took the stage in Sacramento for her first performance of the Femme Fatale tour! Britney tweeted fans: “Can’t sleep. WAY too much Adrenaline right now. Sacramento was on fire tonight. You ready San Jose?
