Beyonc gave birth via c-section last night in New York City to her first child, Blue Ivy Carter! Beyonc and Jay-Z rented out the entire fourth floor of Lenox Hill Hospital, forced all employees to hand over their cell phones, and taped over the security cameras to prevent any photos from being leaked to the media. Congrats to the new parents!
