While the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were visiting Canada last week, they were gifted a 4.5 carat platinum and pave diamond polar bear brooch and a 2.48 carat set of diamond cufflinks! The gifts represent the official polar bear logo of Canada’s Northwest Territories and were created by exclusive jewelry designer Harry Winston. Their gifts took 250 hours to make and include 692 diamonds (302 for her and 390 for him).
Mom-to-be Victoria Beckham is expanding her fashion brand to include a lower priced clothing line called Victoria by Victoria Beckham! The collection is set to launch this Spring and prices will range from $500-$900, which is nearly half the cost of her current line. Beckham said: “These are the kind of dresses I ve been searching for. The perfect little summer dress, something that was fun, something that was girly, something that was easy to wear, something that would take you from day through the night. Where I am currently, I like a more modern attitude. Also, it means that I m opening these designs to women and girls of all different shapes and sizes, people who maybe want something less tight and clingy and structured. It also makes it more comfortable for during the day. You can wear them with a pair of flats or a pair of heels and they look great.” What do you think of the preview designs above?

Nicole Richie is adding a 14-piece handbag collection to her accessories line, House of Harlow 1960! The designs will range in price from $150-$625 and will debut this fall. Richie said: “Handbags have always been a part of the equation since we first launched the House of Harlow 1960 brand. We just needed to make sure all of the components were aligned before setting foot into that category. The collection is quite small in terms of the styles we are launching with. The gorgeous Angelina Jolie went barefoot and makeup-free in Cambodia’s Siem Reap province for her advertisement as the face of Louis Vuitton. The bag featured in the ad sitting next to Angelina is her own “Alto” bag, which is a style no longer made. Louis Vuitton’s executive VP said, “People are not used to seeing Angelina in this situation. I like the fact that it s a real moment. This travelmessage we give through personal journeys is a fundamental one for the brand.” Jolie supposedly donated an portion of her multi-million-dollar fee to charity. I love the beauty and simplicity of this ad!
