Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes have already reached a divorce settlement! In a joint statement from Holmes and Cruise’s reps, Nanci Ryder and Amanda Lundberg, they said: “We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri’s best interests. We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other’s commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other’s roles as parents.” No details have been released regarding the amount of money Katie will receive for spousal support, but a source reveals that Suri will live with Katie in New York while Tom will have significant visitation rights.

Kourtney Kardashian and boyfriend Scott Disick welcomed their first baby girl on Sunday! The little bundle of joy weighed in at 7 lbs, 14 oz and they named her Penelope Scotland Disick. The 33 year old mother of two released the following statement: “Scott and I are overjoyed to welcome our precious angel Penelope Scotland Disick into our lives. We are forever blessed. Mommy and baby are resting comfortably.” Kim took to her website to congratulate the couple, saying: “Welcome to the world, Penelope Scotland Disick! Kourtney gave birth to a beautiful baby daughter on Sunday and the whole family is so thrilled to finally meet her! She is absolutely perfect! After five years of marriage, Tom & Katie are sadly calling it quits. Her lawyer confirmed the news in a statement saying: “This is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family. Katie’s primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter’s best interest.” A statement from Tom’s rep said, “Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children. Please allow them their privacy.” Katie has filed for sole custody of their daughter Suri.
