In a joint statement from Holmes and Cruise’s reps, Nanci Ryder and Amanda Lundberg, they said: “We are committed to working together as parents to accomplish what is in our daughter Suri’s best interests. We want to keep matters affecting our family private and express our respect for each other’s commitment to each of our respective beliefs and support each other’s roles as parents.” No details have been released regarding the amount of money Katie will receive for spousal support, but a source reveals that Suri will live with Katie in New York while Tom will have significant visitation rights.

Mommy and baby are resting comfortably.” Kim took to her website to congratulate the couple, saying: “Welcome to the world, Penelope Scotland Disick!
