What It Means When You Dream About Being Naked In Public

You’re at the office and everything is normal, until you get up during a meeting to give a presentation and you realize you are totally naked.

It’s a dream many people have had, but experts still aren’t entirely sure what it means.

Most psychologists agree it probably doesn’t represent a literal desire to be naked in public, but more likely is related to being embarrassed about something about yourself that other people don’t know about you.

Other psychologists have suggested this type of dream comes from harboring feelings of guilt or inferiority, or it may be triggered by feeling neglected or deprived of attention in the past.

Of course some people think it means nothing at all. But neuroscientists and psychologists are convinced that, apart from meaning, dreams serve an important
role in maintaining our mental and emotional health.

Decades of research suggest that dreams help us make memories, solve the problems we struggle with in our waking hours and process emotions.

To Live Longer: You Should Eat 10 Portions of Fruit and Veggies

While five portions of fruit and veggies a day is good for you, eating 10 is dramatically better.

Researchers say eating above the five-a-day suggestion shows major benefit in reducing the chance of heart attack, stroke, cancer and early death.

The research team found that the greatest benefit comes from eating 800g a day, which is about ten portions.

The team estimates that approximately 7.8 million premature deaths worldwide could be potentially prevented every year if people ate 10 portions.

Scarlett Johansson, Opens Up About Marriage Split, Says It’s “Not Natural” to Be Monogamous

Scarlett Johansson doesn’t think it’s ‘natural’ to be monogamous.

The 32-year-old actress shared her thoughts on marriage as she confirmed reports that she has split from her second husband, Romain Dauriac, with whom she has a two-year-old daughter Rose.

She told the new issue of Playboy, “I think the idea of marriage is very romantic; it’s a beautiful idea, and the practice of it can be a very beautiful thing. I don’t think it’s natural to be a monogamous person.”

She says, “I might be skewered for that, but I think it’s work. It’s a lot of work. And the fact that it is such work for so many people—for everyone—the fact of that proves that it is not a natural thing… It’s something I have a lot of respect for and have participated in, but I think it definitely goes against some instinct to look beyond.”
Scarlett was previously married to “Deadpool” star Ryan Reynolds, who is married to Blake Lively.
