Taking An Hour Nap After Lunch Can Keep Your Brain Five Years Younger
Taking an hour nap after lunch can keep your brain five years younger.
Researchers looked at 3,000 adults over the age of 65 and 60% took a nap after lunch. They were given math problems and memory tests to test their brain functions.
They found those who took a nap for about an hour did better on the tests than those who didn’t nap.
Drake Named 2017’s “Best-Dressed Man”
Drake has been named 2017’s “best-dressed man” by British GQ Magazine.
GQ said, “With Drake’s latest looks trending away from bright yellow top-to-toe tracksuits and towards customized sports luxe, he’s proving that it’s possible to look cool in an outfit that, in a cheaper guise, might otherwise never leave the sofa. Drake has been keenly and consistently developing a unique look over the last few years, which combines grimey terrace fashion inspired by Italian menswear brand Stone Island, with preppy American court-side sportswear. If men can wear incongruous, colourful, even cosy clothes out and about without losing an iota of their masculinity, it’s mostly thanks to Drake.”
Other musicians featured in the list include Skepta, A$AP Rocky and Tinie Tempah.
Will we see a best dressed couple in JLo and Drake this year??

Is The Video Of Two-Year-Old Saving His Brother From Falling Dresser Fake?
The viral video of a 2-year-old boy in Utah lifting a dresser off his twin brother could be a hoax.
Some say the empty dresser drawers, the absence of adults and the fact the camera was pointed squarely on the piece of furniture prove it was a stunt.
But there’s even more… the dad actually works for the company that made the camera that filmed the incident.

Uber Employees Spied On Beyoncé
Uber is under fire for an internal company tool called “God View,” which tracks the location of Uber vehicles and customers who have requested cars.
Uber’s former forensic investigator, Samuel Ward Spangenberg, is currently suing the company, accusing Uber of age discrimination and whistleblower retaliation.
In his October court testimony, he claimed that Uber employees would regularly spy on “high-profile politicians, celebrities and even personal acquaintances of Uber employees, including ex-boyfriends/girlfriends, and ex-spouses.” Beyoncé was reportedly one of the celebrities who was being monitored.
Samuel said he expressed his concerns over the lack of security to Uber executives and was fired 11 months later. He also claimed that driver and employee information was stored in an insecure way.
Uber has confirmed that “fewer than 10” employees have been fired for abusing the tool, which is in place to monitor customer refund requests and accident investigations.
Abandoned Pit Bull Smiles Like a Human After Being Rescued From Streets…
An adorable pit bull named Brinks was rescued off the streets of New York City, after flashing a smile that won over his new owner.
Brinks has a habit of grinning exactly like a human. His owner, Jon Bozak, says he noticed this dog’s rare talent the moment he first met him.
He said: “I’d thrown him in the car and he got into the front seat and just kind of made himself at home. As soon as I saw him smiling at the world passing by my car, it pretty much was a non-decision. The best decision I made.”
Jon says when he first met Brinks, the dog was loose, and near a school. He says he put up “Found Dog” signs for two months, but eventually decided to make Brinks a permanent member of his family.
He says of Brink’s happy expression, “I think it’s a very, ‘I’m a friend, trust me’ sort of smile. He does it in reaction to things that you’d think make a dog or a living creature smile; food, getting petted. He also loves to smile when he’s sleeping, which I think is amazing. It’s too cute, he really is pretty special.”
Don’t Fall for the Amazon Scam Email
There’s an email going around that asks Amazon customers to confirm their banking ‘information’, or they will not be able to access their Amazon account.
Customers are invited to click on a link that appears to take them to the company’s website. But the link actually takes users to a fake, authentic-looking phishing site designed to look like an Amazon page.
The customer is then asked to type in their bank details to re-verify their account.
Don’t do it. If you do, you’re giving crooks your bankng info and they can use it to commit fraud.
Amazon says they will never ask for details including your bank account info, credit card PIN, or passwords.
