Could It Be? Jennifer Garner’s Dad Reveals Actress and Ben Affleck Are Possibly Back “On” … Maybe?
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck may be back together for good, after announcing their separation a year ago.
The couple never actually filed for divorce, and now Jennifer’s dad, Bill Garner, is opening up about why Ben couldn’t call it quits with his daughter.
He said he and wife Patricia are “awful proud” of Jen and how she’s handled the split and slow reconciliation. When asked if the divorce was off, Bill said, “I would prefer not to comment on her plans. Any news will come from her and not from us.”
But he hinted at the qualities that have kept Ben around, even after his flirtation with the family’s nanny, Christine Ouzounian. Bill says Jennifer and her two sisters were all raised with the work ethic and common-sense values that can be rare in Hollywood.
He said, “They do well, and we think that their heads are screwed on pretty well.”
Jennifer and Ben have been closer than ever in recent months, vacationing with their kids in Europe while Ben filmed “Justice League.” They also continue to share a family home in L.A.
