Paul Walker’s Daughter Sues Porsche Over Fatal Crash

Paul Walker’s daughter is suing Porsche, claiming the sports car that her father was in when he was killed two years ago had numerous design defects.

The lawsuit filed Monday by Meadow Rain Walker seeks unspecified damages for defects that her lawyers claim kept the actor trapped in the Porsche Carrera GT when it crashed and burst into flames in November 2013.

The suit claims the car, which was marketed as a street-legal race car, lacked a proper stability control system and safeguards to protect occupants and keep it from catching fire after a collision.

(Walker’s death occurred on a break in the filming of “Furious 7,” the latest sequel in the “Fast & Furious” franchise.)
The suit claims the fire didn’t erupt for 1 minute and 20 seconds after impact, but Paul was helplessly trapped. When the fire broke out, Paul was still alive. The suit alleges, “Paul Walker breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned.”

Meadow’s lawyers claim Porsche knew the Carrera GT had “a history of instability and control issues.”

Kate Hudson and Nick Jonas… Hanging Together!

Nick Jonas performed in Florida this weekend and it looks like he had company.

The 23-year-old was spotted enjoying brunch with 36-year-old actress Kate Hudson, in Miami… and it wasn’t the first time the pair were seen together.

Photos of them enjoying the rides at Disney World in Orlando also surfaced on Twitter on Saturday as the site claimed two were ‘hooking up.’

Sources say Kate was in the audience for Jonas’ appearance at the House Of Blues in Orlando on Saturday night.

Hudson was also at his September 9 concert in New York.

Caitlyn Jenner Legally changes Name

Caitlyn Jenner is now legally a woman.

A judge approved Jenner’s request to formally change her name and gender legally on Friday.

The approval means Jenner’s new name will be Caitlyn Marie Jenner replacing her birth name of William Bruce Jenner.

Kanye West Serious About Running For President

Kanye West said he is serious about running for president in 2020.

In a new interview with Vanity Fair, the rapper said he wasn’t joking at the MTV Video Music Awards last month when he said he will run for president in five years.

Kanye also said that he plans to study up and do his research so he will be qualified to run for office in 2020.

And he called Republican presidential hopeful Ben Carson “the most brilliant guy”, though he is also a supporter of Hillary Clinton, and attended one of her fundraiser’s over the summer where he took a selfie with the Democrat.

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen allegedly threatened to divorce her husband, NFL quarterback Tom Brady, after learning he was once flying high in a private jet with Ben Affleck’s former nanny and rumored mistress, Christine Ouzonian.

A source tells Us Weekly the 35-year-old model found out about the trip shortly after a picture of the former nanny wearing Brady’s Super Bowl rings surfaced online.

The source says, “It could really screw things up,” explaining that there is more to the trip that the mother-of-two doesn’t know about.
