Britney Spears Movie Coming To Lifetime..YES!
Lifetime is getting ready to do a TV movie biopic focused on Britney Spears and this is the best news ever!!
Natasha Bassett will star as Britney in “Britney”, which will detail the true story of her rise to fame, fall from grace and triumphant resurrection.
The two-hour movie will follow Britney’s early career as a young girl from Louisiana, relationship and breakup with Justin Timberlake as well as her personal struggles following her parents’ divorce.
Also set to be in the movie are her marriages to Jason Alexander and Kevin Federline and her downfall that saw her lose custody of her sons before she rebuilt her career and proved herself to be a force in entertainment.
Britney’s rep said, “Britney Spears will not be contributing in any way, shape or form to the Lifetime biopic nor does it have her blessing.”
Production will begin September 19th in Vancouver for a 2017 premiere.
