Mayor Bill de Blasio appeared via satellite from the ABC studios in Times Square as Garcetti joined the late-night host in his Los Angeles studio and the performance was epic beyond words!
The video shows officers Aerial Ronell and Ranell Roy in a patrol car lip synching to Katy Perry’s smash hit “Dark Horse.”
Officer Ronnell explains: “We actually want to be able to show people that we’re just people, just like everybody else.”
