Kroeger and Lavigne first met when he was working on her fifth album and proposed with a 14-carat rock earlier this month! Kroeger said the following about his new wife-to-be : “I knew I was falling for her. It was incredibly powerful and something I’ll never forget.” Lavigne added: “He makes me laugh every day. He takes care of me in every way and is extremely attentive.”
