The hand print & foot print ceremony is open to the public and speaking from experience, you can get really close to so many celebrities. She shared with us a sneak peak of one of the stories in her book.
Her story was about pilot on Southwest Airlines.
A man’s three year old grandson had life support turned off and he needed to attend the funeral.
Nobody cared about his situation.
The airline did though.
When he arrived at the gate 12 minutes late, asking if he was Mark and said that they held the plane for him.
The pilot walked down and said that they plane can’t go anywhere without him and he wasn’t going anywhere without Mark!
Ah, the chills!

Earlier this week, I had a great discussion with my favorite TV ladies on “The Talk.” We chatted about a big celebrity break up, you know the one about SNL’s Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande. The two got engaged after knowing each other for only 3 weeks and split about two weeks ago. Pete has been covering up his tattoos dedicated to Ariana with new ink and he even his changed phone number because he does not wants Grande reaching out to him. Ellen K’s question to everyone is “Do you think it’s better to go cold turkey in a breakup?”
There were several answers but what it came down to is that it really just on the circumstances. For most, if the communication doesn’t stop, then the relationship doesn’t truly end unless you stop talking to each other. Someone also pointed out if you have kids then it’s very different. “If you’re really serious (about the breakup) you just cut it and move on” said good friend Sharon Osbourne.
